    Millions of Americans spent the pandemic working from home for the first time in their lives. And many of them fell head over heels in love with the experience.

    If you want to work from home, your options are many. More and more companies are now offering this option. However, according to FlexJobs, up to 95% of remote jobs involve a geographic requirement, e.g. For example, that you live in a specific city, state, or country.

    Recently, this subscription-based job board – which specializes in part-time, remote, flexible hours, and freelance work – highlighted 30 companies that offer remote working with little or no location requirements.

    Companies that made the list had the highest volume of job postings in 2021 that met the following criteria:

    • No location restrictions for remote work
    • No need to spend time in an office
    • Either full-time or part-time

    The top 10 companies on the FlexJobs list are:

    FlexJobs notes that most of these companies are focused on the computing / IT, education, marketing, and finance industries. If you want to have any of these jobs, prepare to do your best. In a press release, Brie Reynolds, Career Development Manager at FlexJobs, says:

    “However, because of their immense popularity, these positions can be extremely competitive even in a hot job market. Therefore, job seekers have to prepare their application documents thoroughly and carefully. «

    How to Find a Great Home Office Job

    The desire to work from home is more common during the pandemic. According to a recent Gallup survey, 54% of people who work from home at least part of the time want to keep doing so. And 37% would prefer to work exclusively from home.

    Meanwhile, a shockingly small percentage – 9% – want to return to the office five days a week.
