Activation and scaling of your business model with Fabienne Fredrickson – Amanda Abella

My last conversation with Fabienne Fredrickson was a great time! Fabienne is an expert in scaling businesses and I wanted to share with you her insights on how to build and scale with Fabienne.

For the past two decades, as the founder of, Fabienne has been a business mentor for thousands of women entrepreneurs. The Bold Heart Business Program is based on their experience and has created a model that predictably helps you to consistently increase your sales from five to six digits. Your program also teaches you how to wager your six-digit to seven-digit amount.

Fabienne likes to say that she sprinkled the teachings of self-esteem as one-word fairy dust over all economics. Not only does she teach you to combat self-doubt, but she also shows her clients how to become infinitely more confident as a woman, the importance of believing in yourself, appreciating your unique brilliance and stepping out of your comfort zone so that you can Success on a much bigger level in your business.

    The leveraged business

Fabienne Fredrickson is the author of the new book, The leveraged businessthat I absolutely devoured to learn more about scaling. She began to scale her business when she soon ran into a roadblock over time. “I couldn’t grow because I ran out of time and couldn’t move.”

After scaling, Fabienne was able to double and triple her business and earned seven figures in 2008. At this point she only works about two or three hours a day, while she stayed in the seven-digit range.

Start with a positive change in mindset

If you want to scale, the first thing you need to feel is that you are worth joining at this higher tier of the business, says Fabienne. Devoting more time to growing your business is not a well thought out plan. To be successful, you have to scale. To do this, you need to develop processes, systems, and strategies that will drive your business.

“Even when my business model was being used, I still believed that every single customer needed an hour a week with me and that it is horrific to pull yourself out of the excessive availability in your business.”

It reminds us that we cannot make everyone happy. “You are going to have to disappoint someone, if not a lot of people. The sooner you can build a leveraged business model, the sooner you can set up a team and delineate your time with family and friends. You gain and use your time by setting fixed limits. And part of that means you have to agree to not always being liked.

    Exponential growth activities

These activities are the ones that you usually don’t have time to do as they take several hours. The more EG activities you can set up from the start, the faster you’ll scale to six- or seven-digit values.

You need to find your vision strategy – the projects that will catapult you onto the big stage. Keep in mind that these activities can last months, or sometimes years. These scaling processes also require a different way of thinking. “It’s about predicting yourself in the future.”

Fabienne emphasizes that we have been socialized to “be nice” and to answer every request that is made to us as women. Women have to turn and lay a line in the sand. Prioritization is extremely important when you want to scale. “If I put everyone else’s needs above my own, when does my life revolve around me? I know how incredibly arrogant and selfish that can sound. What I see women doing all the time is putting everyone else’s needs and preferences before their own, to their detriment. “

“There is a point where you have to say this is my business and this is what I do – with no apology.”

Boost your self-esteem as you plan to scale your business

It reminds us that it’s a matter of self-esteem and believing that you are naturally valuable. Remember, you don’t have to be liked to be a nice person. “The majority of people love me rather than dislike me.” If you like and appreciate yourself, accept yourself for who it is, with blemishes. It doesn’t matter if you agree with me because I agree with myself.

Fabienne’s advice is to run your business and life by strict standards of what is acceptable and unacceptable. Make sure you maintain your value system with fixed boundaries.

Support feminine energy and women in business

If you run into a nag and complainant, your best bet is to let them go. She says they don’t get the meaning and love anywhere else in their life so they will complain about you. Working on yourself can improve the way you think, which will lead to better financial results. Because of this, people who are more advanced in their way of thinking usually make more money.

“The reason I live in Paris is because Paris is a feminine country – and here the feminine is worshiped, not just women, but all feminine. In many Anglo-Saxon countries around the world, the feminine is tolerated at best. So we need to encourage women to run their own businesses; because our society as a whole does not have such a high opinion of women. ”She believes that women have to make their own money because they don’t have to depend on anyone when a woman has her own money. She has a voice and a choice.

Creating Activators to Grow Your Business

When she first imagined activators, the image of eight light switches on a white wall in a dark room came to mind. This image has been translated in the business sense that if you are in a dark room and you cannot see the switches, you cannot turn them on to see the lights.

“But when we flip a switch, there is a little more light in the room.” Now you can see more clearly. “Each of the lever activators is part of these switches.” The more switches you flip, the more precisely you will put it in seven places and get your life back.

Activator # 1: Use your team. If you think there is such a thing as a self-made millionaire, think again! You need help to achieve your goals. This could be mentoring, your belief system, or help from a team. “Most people don’t invest enough in their team because they hire where they are now, not where they want to be.”

Activator # 2: Use your system. Anything you do in your company more than once a year requires a system around the activity.

Activator # 3: Use your business model. Lose the one-on-one and create group memberships to scale your business. If you have a 1: 1, calculate accordingly. You need to start thinking about how you can show up and be there in the life of your ideal client with surround sound – without having to show up yourself.

Activator # 4: Use your accountability.

    1. Make your team take responsibility in a loving way.
    2. Hold each person accountable for three to four daily tasks in addition to the regular list of responsibilities for which they are hired.

    Value creation and goal setting

Your team has a responsibility to grow your business with you every month. You choose a goal and reverse engineering tasks to achieve your goal. Everyone on your team will be held accountable for your goals.

Remember to offer value that people cannot get anywhere else. Give you a feeling that you can’t get from any other company. This is part of the feminine energy, not just transactional.
