Build authority through your authentic voice (with Molly Trotter) – Amanda Abella

Molly Trotter works with service-minded entrepreneurs to use her authentic voice in front of the camera to gain confidence, which she loves to do.

Unfortunately, not enough people get in touch when we get the wrong messages from society.

Read on or listen to find out how Molly encourages her customers and uses her authentic voice to change the world.

Build authority and credibility in yourself

Do you have the authority and credibility you need to be recognized as an expert? Molly works with women to build that authority and credibility to be proficient on camera because video is absolutely king in marketing.

As a Christian entrepreneur, her goal and passion is to work with women to grow their entrepreneurship and live up to their calling. Molly works with them to leave the legacy they want in a place where they are comfortable and at ease.

Making mistakes is part of being a person in business

Molly admits she has failed royally in very embarrassing situations, even IG lives. Even though she makes mistakes, she keeps these roles and videos on her feeds. “People are fed up with perfect vision because we’re all trying to achieve the unattainable.” Even if you screw it up, hold on, she advises.

«I don’t have to be perfect.» Molly embraces being herself, with her flaws and flaws as part of her authentic voice. “I just have to be me. Your followers want to hear your voice, your perspective of who you are. ”When you’re trying to be perfect, don’t let your followers on your platform see who you really are.

The fear of the demolition culture

Demolition culture is a huge fear and prevents people from expressing themselves. «Any good or bad comment is an end of the day comment.» She feels like people are scared to talk about what is happening because they fear the social media will shut them down. «When you are an influential person and truly value the influence you have created and the people who follow you, you have a duty and a responsibility to speak up.»

«But if you just sit there and play it safe, you’re not doing anyone a favor.» Molly says you have to present yourself out there and just be yourself. Allow others to come into your circle because your message resonates with them. You have to draw that line and meet people in this gray area.

«If everyone likes you, you’re not doing it right.» You want to use your authentic voice to fulfill your calling in your life. You have to get into it because people are literally assigned to you. And if you don’t enter the place you were called to, you will never have that breakthrough or get where you really want to be.

    The importance of personal responsibility

Taking responsibility requires a mature person and a manager because pointing a finger will not solve problems for your company. “You have to give, give, give before you ask for anything. If you are not ready and show up for others more than when you ask, why should they show up for you? «

We need to take personal responsibility for ourselves and for other people who depend on us for their wellbeing. “It doesn’t matter what position you are in life; There is still a certain amount of personal responsibility that everyone has to take on. «

    Belief and money

Molly is a firm believer in Jesus Christ and the cornerstone of her faith is relationship with God. However, she doesn’t think the Church has done an excellent job when it comes to money. The Church says that money is dirty and that Jesus was poor, which made him a good person. «No matter what you believe, God wants freedom for your life.»

How do you apply for your money? Where do you put your money How do you increase your money? “Believers don’t want to invest, and you have to invest.” You have to make an effort and get money for it. Give value to people to take them to the next level. «I involve the Lord in everything I do because I know that his ways are higher than mine.»

    Money is neutral

I’ve said this many times before, but remember that money is neither good nor bad; it’s neutral. What you do with your money – the actions you take – make the outcome good or bad. Money doesn’t matter because it has no opinion in life.

Take action to achieve the lifestyle you want

Some of you tolerate a lot of bullshit and your life, and then you wonder why you aren’t having the life or the outcome you want. It is this part of personal responsibility that we deserve better off. We’ll do what we have to do to get better. And many times I’ve seen this upset so many people.

If you’re easily overwhelmed or have a lot of shit going on, you may need to sort out your personal life and then get back to your business.

Solve problems and find solutions for your business

When you have a problem, you need to find out what caused your problem. Next, find out what kind of solution I need to solve my problem? Problems will arise. So greet them instead of getting upset about them. Let’s put a few heads together, do this job, and move on.

Problems can be opportunities. They are not always bad. We live in an imperfect world and face a number of challenges with many people. We have to learn to deal with one another.

Molly’s advice is to be proactive by bringing in someone to support you in your business and personal life. She says it’s better to get support than react and wait for something unexpected to happen. «If I can be proactive and almost anywhere in my life, I will.»

    Be purpose-driven in business

I feel that if you are properly purpose oriented you are compelled to help people and get better in life. I think you need to spend a lot of time reflecting on yourself, evaluating your life, and speaking to the spirit to find out your purpose.

Molly says that when they show up and help people break the chains of their lives, when they show up and help people break the chains of their lives, they can show up and be who they are. To boldly share your voice and be the real person you are – to be your authentic self.

    Intuition as a superpower

Do you have an hour or two to unleash your creative magic during the day? Whether it’s about problems and solutions, finding out where you stand, or clarifying a topic. Take up a pen, write down what is going on in your head, and let your thoughts flow.

Sit down with yourself and have these tough conversations. This is where it becomes clear to you who you are and what you may need to heal and find your purpose. «Do not rush the process because once you have found your purpose it is a lifelong commitment and responsibility to serve the people of this arena now.»

Listening to that inner voice within you that most of us shut up is so important. This inner child, the inner voice, needs to be heard if you are to discover your true purpose and be your authentic self. And the nice thing about women is that they are one of our superpowers.

Intuition is a super power. Finding your intuition in silence and in silence is important in figuring out who you are, your message and your purpose.

It won’t yell at you super loud over a megaphone like it does on the news. Instead, in the quiet time you find, you can listen to your intuition, respond to it, and grow personally. Then you can build your mind and really understand how that is a part of you because we all have something inside of us that wants more authenticity.

You have to make the time for it. Purposely create what sounds and feels right to you. The judgment set with you can tell you when you cannot trust other people. Trust yourself so that you can make good decisions.
