I know how to find money and I don’t need Facebook ads to find cash and close someone at $ 25,000.

I know how to do this in my bones, and I have a damn good product.

Because of my confidence in sales, I believe that I will get things done in my business.

I think this is what many people lack: conviction and trust in the product they are selling

Choosing your partner to build systems

When building a new system, you have to be critical and picky about who to choose on your team!

Scaling is a challenge and you should consider working with someone to build these systems – working with someone who wants to do it and scale with you.

For those who did not receive the small business stimulus package

I applied for my company six months ago and still haven’t heard about financial support. So many people have not received any help for their business. And even with local help for small business owners and building contractors, I know a lot of people who haven’t received local support.

Whatever they’re tracking, the business numbers don’t tell the full story of the businesspeople who are still in the game.

Why you have to trust your gut feeling

How do you associate your spirituality with being a CEO? This is where the higher faculties of vision and imagination come into play. I think the biggest problem people have in business, especially those who are scammed or taken advantage of for not trusting yourself.

You have to trust your gut instinct and not wait for someone else to allow you to believe in yourself. Make a decision to believe in yourself and listen to your gut when it tells you something. Trust that you will get the money and that things will work out for your business.

Create realistic expectations

I don’t have unrealistic expectations because I expect good things and I expect things to work out and I am okay with failing or falling flat on my face by the way.

I started a whole career telling everyone how crappy I was about money.

I am not worried now.

I got up so many times at this point that I’ll just find out. Like I always do. And that’s where trust comes from, folks. It does what you say you will and keeps getting up. None of this is easy, but I think I’ve always known that.

Scale with systems and a great team

If we don’t hit seven numbers in 2021, we’ll be damn close.

We have a plan, we know the numbers, we know what to pursue.

We know who is doing what and how the company can be expanded.

I’ve never had this clarity before, and it all came from the breathing space systems had for my business, as well as the skills, talent, and time the team put on board.

Set and achieve income goals for businesses

How do we hit these numbers?

I haven’t got six numbers in a month, but I did the math.

The first time I tried going to six digits, I learned that I didn’t think it would take me that long to get there.

The other thing that comes to mind now is that I understand why people say don’t go for six and go for seven. Kind. First, choose the bigger one.

Change to the CEO role

One of the things that has shifted towards being a CEO is that my thinking skills have expanded. I’ve had a few things on my mind over the past few years, but we weren’t ready just because we didn’t have the systems to expand them.

You need to understand the responsibilities of each team member in order to correctly execute your plan. Bad execution happens and I don’t want to be that person.

That messed up perfectionism.

This is fundamental, not perfection.

When I think of expansion I want to hire a new employee and we know who the new team member will be.

How can we build a more solid sales team? What are events that we can perform virtually? How will virtual events feed everything else? So it’s not like a random ass throwing spaghetti against the wall activity. You have to be strategic.

Our responsibility to make money and make change

For those of us who have the ability, we also have a responsibility to make money to give to the causes of change.

Some are the front, and there are those of us who will fund the front.

Both are important as they both play an important role in changing society for the better.
